“ Cozy and comfortable place to have quiet dinner. Minimalist deco, clean and neat cafe. Price wise - cafe price tag. Menu varies from western, asian and there is cake counter as well. We've tried Mee rebus istimewa, spaghetti carbonara, and nasi kurma kambing. Taste good. But mee rebus a bit sweet and kurma kambing a bit salty to our liking. Just a bit lah. Overall, taste good and worth coming back for another menu. ”
“ Tasty food! We tried the Daging Salai Masak Lemak and Bihun Soto. The Daging Salai is rich and has the right amount of spiciness. Love it. ”
“ First time dinner sini. Very satisfied with the food and service. Lantai and meja bersih, staff very polite. Parking is easy. Please keep up the good work! ”
“ This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Food is pretty good, their prices it’s 100% worth it. Please try their Asam Pedas! Sedap! My kids love their Spaghetti Carbonara. Big portion! Worth it. Nasi Goreng Zahra Sophia worth to try. Their Daging Masak Hitam memang sedap. Udang Butter with fresh & big prawn I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. (Will move to mutiara height on jan23) ”
“ Good food, delicious. Malay cuisine to western. The portion two people can eat. The price is affordable. Easy to access, parking free at night, during day limited parking. ”
“ The food here was good. Prices were on the high side but you do get good quality and quantity too. It’s a quiet cafe with nice ambience too. The Mee Rebus came with a nice thick and flavourful gravy. There were slices of egg, taufoo and chilli in it. A dollop of beef serunding (?) was also added although it was not described on the menu. I’m ok with beef but they should state it on the menu in case customers don’t eat beef, ya? I’d gladly order this again. The Nasi Lemak Zara Sophia was quite decent - a large piece of chicken, a whole hard boiled egg, crunchy ikan bilis, lots of peanuts and cucumber slices. The rice was well cooked and although not very ‘Lemak’ it has a decent aroma with singular grains which I like. The letdown for this dish however was the sambal which was on the sweet side and not fiery enough. They were kind enough to give me some extra sambal on my request. I was there around brunch time on a Sunday morning and the cafe was empty and quiet. The staff were distracted watching videos on their phones or listening to music. It’s a pity as I think the food is pretty good overall. I’d certainly visit again to try other menu items like the Asam Pedas and Salted Egg dishes. ”
“ Food here is legit good. We went a little all out and ordered the fried rice claypot (I mean… claypot fried rice? What? Haha), the nasi lemak with fried chicken, and of course, a plate of char kuey teow. Every dish hit the spot. The fried rice claypot came out piping hot with that lovely smoky aroma you only get from wok cooking. The nasi lemak was rich and satisfying, and the fried chicken — wow. Properly marinated, juicy, and packed with flavour right down to the bone. The char kuey teow was just as good, savoury with that slight char that makes it addictive. The flavours across the board were up there — bold, well-seasoned, and clearly cooked with care. Plus, the portions were generous, so you really feel like you’re getting value for what you’re paying. Speaking of which, the prices are a bit on the high side, but honestly, you’re paying for quality, and it shows. This isn’t your average street stall — the food is definitely a notch above. If I had to nitpick, the ambiance isn’t the best. When it’s crowded, it gets loud, and they could definitely focus a bit more on cleanliness. But those are small things compared to the cooking itself. Overall, these guys are solid cooks. The food is flavourful, the portions satisfying, and it’s the kind of place you leave already thinking about what you’ll order next time. ”
